Alternate Name(s):
Buffet Continues
Momentum

A spread, always staying open. Conversations beginning on the edge of a glut, debt glut, student glut, a laugh from the gallows. Then evaporating. Not adding to monuments but stealing away from the buffet, and taking a bite. As things evaporate, they collect and form, bump into and pass each other, sometimes missing, but still made of the same stuff.

This group of artists, brought together initially at the University, has continued to work beyond and in spite of the academy, in fluid, sometimes formal, sometimes informal spaces. They speak to life outside, practical concerns of money and space, and time, and relationships, and individual views, and the weight of last year’s conversations.
